NAFPLIO

Nafplio is the first capital of Greece, and it’s ideal for one-day trips.

It is only 55 minutes away from your accommodation and the most beautiful "piece" of the city is the historical, neoclassical buildings and castles.

The most know attraction is the Palamidi fortress.

It has a height of 216 meters and you can visit it via a carriage road or a a very long staircase with many steps. (known as 999 steps, but there are actually 854 steps)
